This is a collaboration between the Georges Mathieu Committee, Air France teams, as well as artisan printers, screen printers, and color experts. Offset printing in direct spot color to achieve a silky and luminous silver background, then flatbed UV printing in two passes with a calibrated opaque white in certain areas to obtain enhanced contrast, impeccable sharpness, and preserved details.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGeorges Mathieu (1921–2012) was a French painter considered one of the founders of lyrical abstraction, a movement advocating spontaneity and gesturality in artistic creation.\u003cbr\u003eIn 1967, he created a series of posters for Air France, marking a bold encounter between art and advertising.
