Reproduction of one of the illustrations from one of the first albums of Babar's adventures " Le voyage de Babar" published in 1932. The famous character was imagined by Céline de Brunhoff when she told stories to her children in the evening, and more later her husband Jean brought the little elephant to life by illustrating the very first album of Babar's adventures for their children.
