About the artist
Stéphanie Lacombe is a photographer who graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD).
In his series of photographic documentaries, the artist very often offers a reflection on the lifestyles of the working classes. She focused on residents with low income: RSA, minimum old age, unemployed, temporary workers and youth. His photographic stories put being in its everyday territory into perspective, like his series La table de l'ordinaire, or recently, Hyper Life, portraits and sensitive stories of ordinary people, in a supermarket parking lot.
A vocation rewarded in 2008 by the Sarcelles Social Photography Jury Grand Prize, and in 2022 by the National Library of France.
